Egencia Meetings & Events Stavanger  is specialised as full service management for large and small conferences/congresses. We provide consultancy, project management, event development, participant management/planning, coordination between suppliers, logistics, flight reservations, accommodations, budget control and registration "on site". Name badges and SMS service are also a part of PCO. We use our network, industry knowledge and experience. Our skilled and motivated professional staff will ensure that your conference is a successful one.

Web registration

Our web registration tool is easy to use and secure. It provides payment by credit card or an invoice solution. The registration web site is custom made to your specifications with colours, documents, links and logos to comply with the graphical profile. Participants will have access to information related to the conference such as program schedules, description of the destination to mention some. Once the participant has completed all necessary information, the system generates a confirmation and an auto-reply will be sent to the participant's e-mail address. This service also includes dealing with requests by telephone or e-mail. Reports and lists of participants can be published on your own link for update.
