Its role is to serve as adviser, partner and coordinator, helping customers with all the practical details before, during and after an event. More than 20 years as a PCO have given the organisation wide and varied expertise.

Delegate administration
Delegate administration, which forms part of the total PCO service, often represents the most time-consuming aspect for the organiser - both in the planning phase and during the event. Stavanger Forum has long experience with this type of assignment, and good routines for administering conference registration and hotel bookings. They prepare registration forms and follow up delegates from the time they register for the event, via arrival and on-site registration, until they have paid the bill.

Professional exhibition organiser (PEO)
Stavanger Forum has long experience as a PEO. Ever since the company was established in 1981, exhibitions have played a central role in its operations. It coordinates all activities before, during and after an event. Its portfolio includes responsibility for the Offshore Northern Seas (ONS) exhibition - the biggest of its kind in Stavanger, covering 25,000 square metres of gross stand space.
