Congress & Exhibition Centre

Stavanger Forum has a total of 25 meeting rooms with capacities ranging from 10 to 1707 people.

The halls have numerous uses, such as for exhibitions, events, concerts and banquets. Our largest exhibition, ONS, is the world's second largest oil and gas exhibition. It is held every other year and draws approx. 60 000 participants and visitors from around the world.

The new exhibition and convention hall Forum Expo opened in 2014.

With existing facilities and ongoing extensions, Stavanger Forum holds approximately 25 000m2 of exhibition area and can host plenary sessions and catering facilities seating 4000 people. 

Main functions: 

- Hall: 4682 sqm (can be split into to equal parts) 

- Café and kitchen: 380 sqm 

- Conference room: 234 sqm 

- Mingle area in the first floor: 247 sqm 

- Entrance hall: 669 sqm 

- Commercial kitchen (including office): 317 sqm 

- Administration: 129 sqm 

- Storage space: 546 sqm

The building has the following measurements depending on different usage:

Exhibition hall: 4000 persons

Conference hall: 4000 persons

Concert: 8000 persons

Stavanger Forum has its own in-house professional congress organiser (PCO). We welcome other PCO's to the centre.
